SureShred has a fleet of 5 Mobile Shredding Trucks plus a cargo van for delivering containers. Although we still have one older
shredding truck that shreds only 1000 pounds per hour, it is usually assigned to small jobs. We have updated the rest of
our fleet over the years and for larger jobs, we can shred up to 6500 pounds per hour.
If we were charging for our services
based upon time, there wouldn’t be much incentive to acquire the more efficient shredding trucks available today. Nor would
there be much incentive to retain experienced employees.
Our plant is located in Hayward near the San Mateo Bridge. This is the
perfect location from which to serve the Bay Area. With our fleet, we usually have a shredding truck in every part of the Bay Area
2 days per week. An Archive customer with 50 boxes or less can usually get same day or next day service from us. The same applies
to Scheduled Container customers who might need early service.
Having our own Baler means that our Shredding Trucks leave our
plant empty every morning. There is no need to line up at the Recycling Center and it makes us more efficient. Your material
is never out of our control until the baled shredded paper is sealed into shipping containers for transport to a paper mill.
