SureShred has not raised its prices in 14 years. How many of your vendors can claim this? We’ve been able to do this through efficiency
in our systems, our equipment and our size. Each Mobile Shredding Truck is equipped with GPS technology which allows us to monitor
our operations via the internet throughout each day. Communications between our dispatch center and shredding trucks is completed
by Nextel, cell phone or text messaging. Proprietary software developed in-house allows us to maximize our efficiencies with computer
assisted dispatch, employee productivity standards and collection container tracking. Data collection between our software application
and shredding trucks is achieved via an encrypted data link.
Our pricing structure is also based upon efficiency. Competitors sometimes
charge by weight or by time. There is no efficiency gained in either of these methods. Each would require us to return to your office
after calculating the final price. We have a flat fee for Scheduled Container customers and charge based upon volume for Archive customers.
Our fees are based upon a pricing matrix which passes along our efficiency to our customers in the form of lower prices. Before we
leave your office, we leave you with the invoice. It sounds pretty simple but not having to go back up to the 22nd floor in downtown
San Francisco is significant when you have 12 more stops on your route.
