We could get by with a less generous compensation and benefit package for our employees but this leads to employee turnover. For us,
new employees are not as efficient. For our customers, it means we will be there when we are supposed to be. They also do not need
to show a new SureShred employee where the containers are located. It also allows us to keep our costs down. When our Operators know
their routes, we buy less fuel.
